Show us something that tastes great.
These are shots of my very first homebrew brew. We opened it tonight. It's great. It's a pale ale. The recipe called it "Liberty" ale (which I am assuming means that it is similar in style to Liberty Ale from Anchor). It definitely tastes great.
So, how did do with that weekend goal? No goal? What did you do this weekend?
Actually, pretty good. :) I got all my homebrewing equipment bought and plans to start the brew are on tap (budda bing!) for this coming Sunday evening after Jenn gets home from work.
I also completed my metafilter birthday remix. It's ten minutes long, so suit yourself as to whether or not you want to listen to it. :) I like most of it, but some parts are lacking. On the other hand, I once against discovered some excellent sounding parts I like and will go back and resuse for some other projects.
